Analyst Group Participations (f/m)

Within the division Group Participations, the department Participations Analysis & Valuation is in charge of all reporting activities for at-equity investments and defined fully consolidated participations. Further activities are performing valuations of at-equity investments, planning of investment holdings and management of the annual RBI valuation process. The department is also responsible for the communication with Raiffeisen Landesbanken regarding financial information of RBI Group.

 

Your tasks:

  • Responsibility for analyzing the development of specific at-equity investments and the proactive organization of quarterly meetings with these companies
  • Preparation of regular reports on specific at-equity investments and defined  fully consolidated participations
  • Performing quarterly valuations of specific at-equity investments and support the half-year and annual valuation process of assigned fully consolidated participations
  • Proactive role in and support of the RBI valuation process
  • Leading the budgeting and forecasting process of at-equity investments following group controlling standards

Your qualifications:

  • University degree in Business Administration/Economics or related areas
  • At least 3 years experience in controlling/reporting/accounting
  • Good know-how of IFRS, Austrian GAAP
  • Advanced experience in using MS Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical skills combined with an accurate and precise work style and a high degree of self-organization
  • Proactive, hands-on and team-oriented personality
  • Fluent in English and German
