To support the international HR team located close to Frankfurt/Main our is client is looking for a

HR Manager Talent Acquisition (f/m)

Recruitment of all Management levels in Europe & HR Standards

Our client is looking for a proactive and passionate team player. The ideal candidate provides first class recruitment from a strategic and operational perspective all over Europe. Through his/her extensive experience, the candidate helps to develop the area "HR Europe" as a significant value-adding function.


  • Detection and efficient use of new target group-specific recruitment channels
  • Professional identifying and approaching of suitable candidates in all areas
  • Creating and posting job offers in relevant channels
  • Qualified pre-selection of possible candidates
  • Operational HR activities concerning labour law, contracts, onboarding etc.
  • Development of various talent pools
  • Coordination of external service providers and consultants
  • Participation in job fairs
  • Performance measurement and cost control of our recruiting activities
  • Updating of the recruiting database
  • Reporting on status of actual recruitments to the Senior Management
The holder of this position will be reporting directly to the Vice President HR Europe.


  • Passionate for HR work
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Degree in economics/social sciences with focus on HR
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a full-time recruiter or HR Generalist with focus on senior level recruitings
  • Familiar with social media tools for recruiting and innovative sourcing strategies
  • Excellent English and German skills
  • International candidates are welcome
  • Teamwork and communications skills
  • Commitment and customer-oriented work
The company offers a performance-based salary of about € 100.000 pa as well as the opportunity to develop professionally and personally.
