PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Support the Support! Finding the right Expert for a case, arrange remote access directly with customers or check anonymization of customer dialog according to data privacy are some of the duties waiting for you.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Learn how our professional Support works and which challenges to master. Support the organization by finding the right Expert for incoming cases. Check results of automated translation or anonymization to optimize the algorithm. Work at individual support cases and organize remote access to the respective system at customer's location.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Student (f/m) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: MINT
- Computer skills: Advanced user skills
- Language skills: German, English
- Soft skills: Teamwork and Communicative
