Starting April 20, Ukrainian insurers Generali Garant and Generali Garant Life Insurance will start rebranding their products. The companies, previously known as Garant-Auto and Garant-LIFE, will perform the campaign to reflect the transfer of majority ownership to the Austria-based division of Italys Generali, Generali Holding Vienna AG.

Member of the parent companys board of directors, Verner Mertel, told reporters that the rebranding campaign would entail an ad promotion campaign, spanning all media segments - TV, radio, print, Internet and outdoor advertising.

The company hired BBDO Austria to organise the advertising campaign, Mertel added.

The campaign, to take place in two phases on a national scale, will set out immediately and the first phase will last three months. The second phase is due to begin in September.
