After completing a several billion HUF development programme, the Austrian-Hungarian-owned Gyor-Sopron-Ebenfurti Vasut (GYSEV) Rt will come out with entirely new logistical services in the next business year, mfor.hu cited Sandor Acs, business development and investment deputy CEO, as saying.

The company will add a large cold-storage house to the recently completed 3000-sq-m logistics centre in Sopron, and complex services are also going to be introduced like breaking-up, making-up and packaging of goods, mfor.hu reported.

A new logistics centre will be constructed in Szekesgfehervar, and the investment is to be carried out by Logisztar Kft. Preparation of new Hungarian and foreign logistical centers as well as construction of so-called combi terminals may also be added to these developments. According to the deputy-CEO, GYSEV plans to expand in the Balkan sates, in Romania, Bulgaria and Turkey.
