Specialist Recruiting HR Group (m/f)

Your responsibilities

  • Full execution of the recruitment process: job posting, (active) sourcing, application management, candidate selection, interview scheduling, conducting interviews and assessments, delivery of timely status updates to hiring managers
  • Proactive and continuous communication with the candidates on the current status of their application
  • Negotiation and definition of compensation & benefit packages and general contract terms according to the approved budget and in alignment with the Hiring Managers/HR Management
  • Supporting Hiring Managers in all recruitment related issues starting from the recruiting requisition up to onboarding for assigned openings
  • Development and implementation of Employer Branding activities in close collaboration with the Communication Department (up-to-date online career page, company promotion at career fairs, cooperation with educational institutions, etc.)
  • Reporting Recruitment Topics (HR Controlling)

Your Profile

  • University or Higher College Degree in HR, Business Administration or Technical Education
  • Minimum of 4+ years experience in HR/Recruitment in an international (preferably manufacturing) company
  • Knowledge in Austrian Labor Law, basic understanding in Payroll and Project Management experience
  • Intercultural awareness
  • Strong organizational skills, proactive and engaged attitude
  • Trustworthy personality with open communication skills and high networking competence
  • Very good computer literacy especially in Success Factors, MS Office, Social Media and online Career Platforms
  • Full English and German proficiency written and oral
