As a member of the global team IT Operations Quality you support the functional area of Quality and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS). That will primarily demand management, baseline IT process review and support, reporting and analysis duties and include leading and participation on project teams.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the complete system lifecycle (concept, planning, implementation and maintenance) of specific regional and global IT systems and applications in the functional area of Quality and EHS
  • Project Manager responsibilities for mid-size and large projects: design, technical architecture and implementation of complex systems and innovative IT solutions, including interfaces to other areas
  • Contribution to the successful ramp up of the new production plant in Vienna and support of the regional and global biopharmaceutical business community
  • Ongoing system maintenance, innovation and optimization, steering and managed services as well as consulting for implemented and/or assigned IT solutions
  • Collaboration with colleagues from IT (also virtually) and Quality and EHS stakeholders, providing expert application and process consulting and in the area of Data Integrity

For this position we offer an interesting salary considering your expertise and personal competencies as well as your professional experience. We are obliged by law to state the minimum salary according to the collective agreement, which amounts to € 34,142.50 gross per year (full-time) for this position. An overpayment is possible. Moreover, we offer our employees a variety of attractive social benefits which will be introduced in the personal interview.

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Diploma Degree in Information Technology or Science degree (e.g. Biotech, Chemistry) with minor subject Information Technology
  • SAP module (e.g. QM, PE, PP, EWM) experience would be advantageous
  • Knowledge in a programming language (e.g. Java, C#) and SQL would be a plus
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team, also in virtual teams, intercultural experience advantageous
  • Good process modelling skills (e.g. BPML, Visio, Aris)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand new demands and processes
  • Experience in project management would be a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in German and English language
  • Readiness for occasional business travels
