Assistant to the COO (m/f)

Your responsibilities

  • Act as the primary global executive level contact for the COO of AT&S AG
  • Strong management of scheduling internal/external meetings, business trips, conference calls and day-to-day activities as well as accompany long term projects
  • Maximize appropriate time allocation to senior executive’s priorities based on understanding the company goals as well as individual objectives
  • Prepare and set up presentation material for the COO and the whole Board, for Supervisory Board meetings as well as Board meetings and global Management Meetings
  • Proofread and translate documents, presentations and speeches in German and English
  • Correspondence in German and English on behalf of the COO
  • Follow up and complete projects with minimal supervision and ensure confidentiality at all times
  • Other duties as assigned by the COO

Your Profile

  • Trustworthy personality with a positive proactive attitude, accountable, decisive, open communicator and good judgment skills
  • Degree in Business Administration or Office Management
  • Minimum of 3 years+ proven track record in an Executive Support function in an international company or technical environment
  • Full English and German proficiency written and oral
  • Highly advanced computer literacy, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LN etc.
  • Good understanding of Business processes and an affinity for technology
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail, excellent writing skills
  • Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced, demanding environment, work efficiently under pressure
  • Ability to partner and collaborate well with people at all levels
