HR Assistant - 1 year contract (m/f) (4697)

We’re currently looking for a person who’d like to contribute to the high level HR service we provide to our employee as well as candidates. By having an additional team member, you can help us to bring our service the next level. Our mission is to work very closely together across all disciplines within in HR – and so you’ll get the chance to experience/explore the responsibilities of all HR key roles.

Your arena:

  • Support the Resourcing team by ensuring a seamless interview process (organizing technical tests, booking interviews and related travel coordination)  
  • Contribute to an outstanding first work day of our new joiners by getting actively involved in the onboarding process – also including performing background checks of new employees
  • Help the HR Operations Team by maintaining our HR related tools including the administration of time tracking, holiday and pay-slip portal
  • Be the go-to-person for systems-related questions
  • Support the HR Business Partner with the distribution of key documents to our employees
  • Ensure our HR polices are constantly kept up to date and bring in your ideas to continually improve
  • You ensure our employees’ data is accurately filed and organized
  • You’ll also take over the process of issuing reference letters
  • Provide general support to the HR Team by conducting research for small projects

Your entrance ticket:

  • You have a high school diploma or are college student in an HR related field
  • Strong interpersonal and customer relation skills to deliver an elevated level of service for internal and external customers
  • Previously gained HR experience is a plus
  • Your ability to speak and write English and German fluently
  • Interest in working on diverse tasks
  • You’re known for your attention to detail

Our bet:

  • Minimum salary of EUR 28.000,-- gross p.a., adjusted to match your qualification and experience
  • Temporary contract for 1 year and flexible working hours (30-40hours/week)
