Industrial Lubricant Business Development Manager (m/f)

Home Office based

Responsibilities for developing the market


  • Develop the business in the region (Czech Republic and Slovak Republic).

  • Analysis of regional market potential and detecting all relevant business opportunities in the region.

  • Planning and managing sales and marketing strategies in each country in the region and report directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager CEE Industrial Lubricants in Germany.

  • Support the entire industrial sales organization and development of regional strategies, review and advice on policies.

  • Implementing strategies and developing the Action Plan in each country.

  • Manage business relationships and cooperation with existing MotulTech distributors and acquisition of new distributors and all industry customers.



The passionate entrepreneur


  • Successfully completed chemical or technical oriented education.

  • Team player with sales experience in industrial business.

  • At least 5 years working experience in Business Development and Sales; Sales experience in lubricants or processing industry is an asset.

  • Excellent business and negotiation skills; strong interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with working in an international team and strong intercultural competence; flexibility and willingness to travel.

  • A highly motivated, open minded and entrepreneurial individual.

  • Fluent in Czech language and excellent command of Business English.
