Austrian Immorent plans to invest and construct a trade centre in Zagreb worth more than EUR 100 million

Austrian Immorent plans to invest and construct a trade centre in Zagreb worth more than EUR 100 million. The volume of investment is comparable to the so far most expensive trade centre in Zagreb, City Center One. Company Immokor, a joint company established by Immorent and Croatian Hidrocommerc announced this in a statement Friday.

This trade centre, which is currently in a planning stage, should span over 140,000 square metres (30,000 only for the trade centre), with one sub-level floor for parking and two above-ground levels for the trade centre.

Immokor has acquired the lot for construction and is in the stage of acquiring necessary construction licences, which is why there is still no official date for the start or completion of construction works. This company has so far constructed many important business-trade facilities, including Mercator and Esseker in Osijek, Joker in Split and many hypermarkets. (Vecernji List)
