Banca Comerciala Romana (BCR) inaugurated on Tuesday, its 450th outlet – The Politehnica Agency, located in the University Politehnica’s campus, in Bucharest – Splaiul Independentei, No. 313, District 6.The new banking unit with integrated services is the 10th operating BCR unit in District 6 and the 75th in Bucharest and Ilfov County. BCR’s Politehnica Agency is the first banking outlet opened within an institution for higher education. “At the opening of the academic year, the BCR Group answers the requests from students and professors by opening a dedicated banking unit, especially for them. Thus, they will benefit from a wide range of high quality banking services, at European level and at reasonable costs. At BCR’s Politehnica Agency the customers can use the full range of BCR products and services: current accounts, banking deposits, RON and foreign currency loans, cards, money transfer services through MoneyGram etc. Furthermore, the new unit is endowed with an ATM for cash withdrawal from card accounts and with an AEM for currency exchange. BCR Politehnica also prepared a special offer for the inauguration. Consequently, the first 20 customers who purchase here a co-branded BCR VISA Electron EURO<26 debit card will receive, in the card account, the amount of RON 100.
