According to Bosnian web portal BH Biznis, Hypo Broker Banja Luka accounted for 21.28 per cent of the overall turnover at the Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE) in the first half of 2006.

“The leading position in the first half of 2006 is a logical result of all our efforts, but it is also a sign that clients have recognised in us a partner who can provide them with full service in a competent and efficient way,” said Bratoljub Radulovic, head of the securities department of Hypo Broker Banja Luka.

The overall turnover at the BLSE in the first half of 2006 amounted to EUR 64.1 million (BAM 125 million), which is 43 per cent more than in the same period last year.

Regular turnover (without block and takeover deals) totaled EUR 52.67 million (BAM 102.7 million), or 82 per cent of the overall turnover.

Hypo Broker is also a special partner of the Republika Srpska Directorate for the Privatisation of State-Owned Capital, and it is one of the three broker companies in Republika Srpska that signed a contract on stock exchange dealings with the Republika Srpska Pension and Disability Insurance Fund.
