Synergons ownership structure is facing further rearrangement, as three shareholders, István Miholek, Ernõ Géza Stauder and Ádám Sándor Fintha-Nagy announced they would cease to act in concert, a pledge they took on 24 May.

As of 26 they had the following stakes in the Hungarian systems integrator: Ádám Sándor Fintha-Nagy: 110,993 shares, 1.19 per cent, István Miholek: 1,012,000 shares, 10.89 per cent Ernõ Géza Stauder: 115,000 shares, 1.24 per cent. Miholek has later sold most of its shares, to below 5 per cent, while Raiffeisens Synergons package grew to nearly 11.5 per cent.
