Officials of the Subotica municipality in Vojvodina announced that seven European companies have expressed interest in drafting a tourism development plan for the Palic Lake , while four of them submitted written bids.

Zagreb Consulting Co. from Croatia offered to come up with a plan for EUR 70,622 (CSD 6.12 million), while the Belgrade office of Slovene Hosting Ljubljana offered to draft it for EUR 264,706 (CSD 22.95 million).

The Belgrade office of Danish company CONJI would draft the plan for EUR 63,322 (CSD 5.49 million), while Austrian Ingenos ZT GmbH would do the project for EUR 72,318 (CSD 6.27 million).

Director of public tourist company Palic-Ludas, Dragutin Miljkovic, said that it is very important for the Palic Lake to get a good tourism development plan in order to preserve 160-year long tradition.
