This award is granted by the Organisation for European Cooperation and Development (OECD) and it is given to companies that do business in Southeastern Europe.
Member of the Managing Board of Hypo-Alpe-Adria Group, Christian Toeltle, noted that the award proves that the strategy of expansion to Montenegro was the right one.
Hypo-Alpe-Adria Group was founded in Austria in 1896 and it is the only institution in the sector of finance which provides services only in the Alps-Adriatic region. The company has more than 200 offices, branch offices in eight countries and 750,000 clients.
Hypo-Alpe-Adria Group started operations in Montenegro in April this year, when it opened its first branch office in Podgorica.
The company managers plan to open branch offices in all of Montenegro and will open four new branch offices by the end of the year.
At the moment, Hypo-Alpe-Adria Group employs 75 workers in Montenegro and has invested EUR 70 million in that country so far.
